Dates you enter

All age and date calculations run in your browser using JavaScript. Birth dates and target dates are used only to render the result on your screen. They are not transmitted to us, not written to a database and not linked to an account. Closing or refreshing the page clears them.

Contact form and email

The contact form does not send anything by itself — there is no message-sending service connected to this site. When you submit it, your browser prepares an email in your own mail application. If you choose to send it, we receive the name, email address and message you wrote, in our inbox at apextrack0@gmail.com. We use it only to reply to you.

Server logs

Like virtually every website, requests to our hosting provider may be recorded in standard access logs. These typically include the IP address, the page requested, a timestamp, referrer and browser user-agent string. They are used for security and to keep the site running, not to build a profile of you.

Cookies

The calculators themselves do not need cookies. The site loads the Google AdSense script, and Google may set or read cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, as described under Advertising below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for more about the choices available to you.

Analytics

No separate analytics service is installed. If one is added later, this page will name the provider and describe what it collects.

Advertising

This site uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Where the law requires it, a consent choice will be shown before personalised ads are used.

Third-party services

The site is delivered through a hosting provider and loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to those services and they may see your IP address as part of ordinary delivery. We do not share your calculation inputs with anyone, because they never leave your device.

Data retention

Calculation inputs are not retained at all. Hosting access logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider for security and reliability. Emails you send us are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and can be deleted on request.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Because the tools hold no accounts, passwords or stored personal records, there is very little data to expose. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information by email.

Children’s privacy

The site is a general-purpose utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or to object to its processing. Because the tools do not store the dates you enter, there is normally nothing for us to export or delete beyond any email correspondence. Email us and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change as the site develops — for example when advertising or analytics is introduced. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
